We, at Tea It, are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about bringing quality drinks and foods to the public. Our goal is the blend cultures together and to evolve the way people think about boba and tea. Following many hours of learning and testing, we craft drinks and snacks that everyone can enjoy! Hours: The position will require flexible schedule including the weekends.

BOBARISTA

YOU MUST

• Provide the highest quality of hospitality to all our guests and coworkers.
• Be authentic, be positive and create a genuine environment with everyone.
• Able to craft all drinks and foods to an acceptable quality.
• Be prepared to clean all equipment, mopping, and taking out garbage.

YOU ARE

• Excited about boba tea and are able to maintain an atmosphere to make customers feel welcome.
• Willing to learn and become skillful in required knowledge to be efficient
• Experienced in the fast-paced environment
